Once an order for delivery is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

All delivery orders will have a lead time of 4 to 6 working days (excluding processing time), provided the order is placed before 12 PM local time.

  1. Working Days Calculation:

The lead time is calculated in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  1. Customer Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure accurate delivery address and contact details at the time of order placement.

  1. Processing and Shipping:

Delivery orders will be processed and shipped within the specified lead time.

  1. Delivery Attempts:

If the customer is unavailable during the specified delivery time, the company will make one additional attempt.

  1. Second Attempt Failure:

If the second attempt is unsuccessful, additional shipping charges will apply for reattempted delivery.

  1. Changes to Delivery Details:

Changes after order confirmation will not be possible.

  1. Refusal or Failure to Accept Delivery:

The company reserves the right to charge for additional delivery and handling charges.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Report delivery issues within 24 hours to customer service for potential reimbursement or replacement.
