Once you place an order with us, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. We immediately begin processing your order to ensure swift delivery. Therefore, please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of your purchase. However, please note that the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • We only accept returns and exchanges for items with manufacturing defects, incorrect size or colour sent by us, or items damaged during shipping.

To preserve the quality of the printed design on your garments, it is essential to follow the care and washing instructions provided on the garment label. Failure to do so may result in damage to the print. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to improper care or washing.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item or offering a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

  • Carefully package the item with the reference number provided clearly marked on the outside of the package.
